- Open AdjProg.exe - Accept
- Particular adjustment mode
- Waste ink pad counter - OK
- Give checkbox Main Pad Counter and Platen Click Pad Counter
- Click Check – OK
- Click Initialization – OK
- Finish and then close adjustment program
- Turn off the printer and then turn on.
